Pagemodo 30-day Money Back Guarantee

At Pagemodo, we are so confident in our service that we offer a 30-day, money back guarantee. No questions asked!  If you are not fully satisfied with our Pagemodo service, simply request a refund within the first 30 days of purchasing your new subscription.  We'll refund you 100% of your subscription fees.   No kidding.

This guarantee applies to new Pagemodo subscriptions only and not for existing subscriptions that have been purchased more than 30 days ago.  Refunds will be promptly issued within 24-72 hours after we receive your request.

 

Refund Procedure

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 30 calendar days of your Pagemodo purchase.  Just send an email to support@pagemodo.zendesk.com.  Or, you can do the following:

  1. Log into your Pagemodo account, then click on "Account" in the red ribbon at the bottom of your screen
  2. In the middle of the page at the top, click on the link under "Got a Billing Question"
  3. Enter "Refund Request" in the subject and provide details as to the reason for your request

We'll gladly refund you 100% of your subscription fees within 24-72 hours of your refund request. 

 

Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions after 30 Days

To cancel your account after 30-days of your purchase of a new annual Pagemodo subscription, please send an email to support@pagemodo.zendesk.com with the details of your request.  Refund eligibility is only good for 90 days from the date of purchase.  Within 24-72 hours of your request, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your subscription period (Pagemodo Basic, Pro or Agency Annual Subscriptions only; refunds will not be pro-rated for monthly accounts).  No refunds will be given after 90 days from the date of purchase.
